BuySellBid is a flat-fee online marketplace where you can buy, sell and bid on almost anything. Unlike other platforms, we never take a commission — sellers pay a simple monthly or yearly membership fee and keep 100% of every sale.

No! Anyone can browse listings and auctions without an account. However you'll need to create a free account to buy, sell, bid or save items to your wish list.

Click "Sign Up" at the top of any page. Fill in your name, email and choose a username and password. You'll get a 14-day free trial of our Pro plan automatically — no credit card needed to start.

Browsing and buying is always free. Selling requires a membership plan. We offer Basic, Pro and Gold plans — check our Membership page for current pricing. All plans come with a 14-day free trial.

Find an item you like, click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal. Your payment goes directly to the seller.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal — we never store your card details. If you have an issue with an order, you can open a dispute through your dashboard.

Go to Dashboard → My Orders to see all your purchases and their current status. Sellers are responsible for providing tracking information once your order ships.

Contact the seller first through our messaging system. If you can't resolve it, open a dispute from your order page and our team will step in to help. For PayPal payments, you may also be covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.

Return policies are set by each individual seller. Check the listing description for the seller's return policy before purchasing. If a seller misrepresented an item, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Sign up for an account, choose a membership plan and click "+ Sell" in the navigation. Fill in your listing details, set your price and publish. Your listing goes live immediately.

Never. Zero commissions. You pay a flat membership fee and keep every single dollar from your sales. That's our promise.

You connect your own Stripe account or PayPal in Dashboard → Payment Setup. Buyers pay directly to your account — funds land in your Stripe or PayPal balance, not ours.

It depends on your plan. Basic members get a limited number of listings, Pro gets more, and Gold members get unlimited listings. Check the Membership page for exact limits.

Yes! Go to Dashboard → My Listings to edit or delete any of your active listings at any time.

Almost anything legal! Electronics, clothing, collectibles, home goods, vehicles, handmade items and more. Check our Terms of Service for a list of prohibited items.

Yes, dropshipping is allowed. Gold members have access to our AliExpress import tool to quickly add products to their store.

Sellers list items with a starting bid price and an end time. Buyers place bids and the highest bidder when the auction ends wins the item. You'll be notified if you're outbid.

You'll receive a notification and be taken to checkout to complete your purchase. You're obligated to pay for items you win, so only bid if you intend to buy.

Bids are generally binding. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. you accidentally entered the wrong amount) contact us as soon as possible and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

Some sellers set a minimum price their item must reach before they're obligated to sell. If bidding doesn't reach the reserve, the seller may choose not to complete the sale.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Membership & Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period — no surprise charges.

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try before you pay. After that, membership fees are generally non-refundable. Contact us within 48 hours of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

Gold Lifetime is a one-time payment that gives you Gold plan access forever — no monthly or yearly fees ever again. Contact us for current lifetime pricing.

Yes. All billing is processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. We never store your credit card details on our servers.

A storefront is your own branded shop page on BuySellBid (e.g. buysellbid.com/store/your-store). It shows all your listings in one place with your banner, bio and store name. Available on Pro and Gold plans.

Go to Dashboard → My Store and click "Create My Store". Choose a store name and URL, add a banner image and tagline, and you're live!

Yes! You can upload a banner image (recommended 1200×300px), write a bio, add a tagline and organize your listings by category.

Go to Dashboard → Account Settings → Change Password. Enter your current password and then your new password twice to confirm.

Click "Sign In" and then "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link valid for 1 hour.

Go to Dashboard → Account Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom. Click "Delete My Account", confirm with your password and your account will be permanently deleted and all personal data removed. Note: you cannot delete your account if you have active orders in progress.

We collect only what's needed to run the marketplace — your name, email, and transaction history. We never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
